This eBrochure was composed in August 2008.

The content and results in the eBrochure refer to PGI's Original Progressive Trading strategy. The original strategy allowed for six hours of progressive trading on one of our trade alerts in order to achieve a profit. This means that you would have needed to have a minimum of 64 times the amount you wished to trade with as working capital in your trading account. By maintaining a sufficient working capital you would, in turn, ensure that you had sufficient funds to follow a trade to a successful conclusion.

It also meant that you could only trade on one alert at a time, because of the financial restrictions on your trading capital.

With the ramifications of the current global financial crisis in mind, we have, since March 2009, released an exciting new trading strategy that we feel should allow our clients to see excellent returns with reduced risk and a lower working capital.

Our analysis of the results derived from the alerts issued throughout the past 13 years show that the overall strike rate for successful trades is 96 percent within the first three hours of the release of the alert.

Consequently, with our new strategy, we recommend you limit your trading on any alert to your initial trade, and, if necessary, a maximum of two re-trades, or 'double–ups'. Should the alert not be successful by that point, our new strategy is to 'walk away' from the trade and absorb the loss.  Yes, that means you are required to accept the reality of an occasional loss, however you should find that the significant strike rate for successful trades within that three hour window should easily offset that occasional loss.

In conclusion, the eBrochure should only be seen as a guideline on how the Index Trader System has performed up until mid 2008.
